Habit Coach Specialist

About This Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Habit Coach to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a Habit Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting NDIS participants in Barwon, Colac, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement therapy plans provided by primary therapists to enable participants to develop greater independence and work towards reaching their full potential.
- Support participants across all ages and stages of life in their daily routines, promoting healthy habits and social engagement.
- Collaborate with the primary therapist to deliver individualized support and services to participants.
- Work in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment, collaborating with experts in the field to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Requirements
- Studying a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Physiotherapy (minimum 2nd year) or have completed a Certificate 3 or 4 in Allied Health Assistance or an equivalent qualification with demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- Consistent and ongoing availability to work, with a minimum of two days a week available to support participants during their afternoon routines.
- Valid Australian drivers license and access to your own vehicle.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children's Check.
