Resident Wellbeing Manager

This role offers a rare opportunity to shape wellbeing across multiple villages in the NSW Mid North Coast. You will be at the heart of shaping wellbeing, working in partnership with various stakeholders to design and champion initiatives that make a tangible difference to residents' lives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support village teams to deliver vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programs.
  • Lead key initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer engagement.
  • Act as a trusted point of escalation for resident wellbeing concerns.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with Home Care providers and specialist wellbeing services.
  • Drive consistency across your region, while celebrating success and sharing best practice.

You are a natural connector with a genuine passion for community and wellbeing. You know how to make residents feel safe, valued, and supported, and you can balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground action.
