Pharmacy Assistant Role

 

To excel as a Pharmacy Assistant, you must be highly skilled at delivering exceptional customer service while being knowledgeable and informative about health and beauty products and services.

You will participate in stock management, merchandising, point-of-sale operation, cash handling, housekeeping, and accepting prescriptions for processing.

The Key Responsibilities of This Role Include:

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service and advice on health and beauty products.
  • Suggesting products that meet customers' needs and closing sales.
  • Explaining how products work and demonstrating their use.
  • Attending regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Operating a cash register and EFTPOS facilities efficiently.
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring displays are merchandised appropriately.
  • Working flexible hours and being available to cover stores within your cluster.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Willingness to undergo a police check prior to commencement.
