Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Water Resources team in Melbourne. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical direction, mentoring, and training to junior members within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and guidance to team members on drainage and flooding projects.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
- Support a variety of projects across all market sectors, with a focus on transport, water, energy, mining, and private sector markets.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global AECOM colleagues as part of project delivery.
Requirements
- A relevant tertiary degree and CPEng.
- Good working knowledge of drainage and flooding principles.
- A passion for mentoring and leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Champion new ideas and encourage initiative and innovation.
