Coles Local stores are an established concept within the Coles fleet, operating across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth. We bring something new to shopping by inspiring a love of food with beautiful produce matched with a sense of community.


As a Retail Leader, you'll take pride in contributing to a store that's encouraging, warm, and welcoming for our team, customers, and community members. Working within your local community, this is an excellent opportunity to combine your passion and retail leadership experience while progressing your career.


About You and Your Skills
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team
  • Recognise and celebrate success
  • Take a team approach to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
  • Inspire customers through presentation, merchandising, and stock management
  • Always look to simplify processes and meet audit and compliance standards
  • Care passionately about providing a safe environment for our team and customers
  • Be the point of contact within the store while the Store Manager is off-duty or off-site
  • Support all departments and provide coaching and guidance
  • Be bold and act with pace while ensuring quality of service and products
