We're looking for talented individuals who share our vision and passion for excellence. As a Homewares Designer in our Soft Home team, you'll play a critical role in developing great value, inspirational products that our customers and team love.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our global business and contribute to the development of customer-focused product ranges for multiple categories. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to collaborate on customer strategy, range option plans, and target costs to create commercially viable ranges that meet customer needs.
Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects, driving progress to meet sustainability commitments, and ensuring compliance with product safety, quality, and responsible sourcing standards.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience designing products in Soft Homeware categories, a qualification in Design, and proven industry experience in Homewares. You should also have technical understanding of product design & production processes, experience partnering with a global supply base, and strong Creative Cloud experience.
