Clinical Nurse Educator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to fill a key role in our organization. This position is responsible for providing high-quality education and training to nursing staff, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient care.

  • Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff, including workshops, lectures, and online modules.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills among nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practice initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to nursing staff to improve their clinical performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Postgraduate qualification in nursing education or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on nurse education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
