Senior Information Systems Architect

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our team in developing, implementing and architecting information systems. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in application development and maintenance management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources onshore and offshore from a technology perspective, collaborating with architects, designers, and developers to ensure software developed meets quality standards through code and design reviews.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise and drive solution groups (internal and vendor) to achieve project outcomes within timelines
- Produce documentation/deliverables such as Solution Architecture Definitions as required
- Proactive in closing out dependency items
- Experience with technical skills in SOA and web services
- Experience with all phases of waterfall and Agile software development methodologies
- Expertise in NetCracker version 22 and above
- Good understanding of NetCracker modules Configuration management, DNR, Network planning and designing, Service inventory, service activation and service order management
- Good understanding of NetCracker RDB engine and RDB light in terms of functional knowledge, issue triage and recovery
- Experience analyzing NetCracker related performance issues caused by long running sessions, garbage collection, hogging threads and stuck threads
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and experience in managing resolution of critical incidents across multiple groups, platforms and stakeholders
- Covering Fulfilment & Assurance stack for Enterprise & Cloud solutions
- Good understanding of NetCracker, Oracle Activation Manager, SOM etc.
