Delivery Coordinator Role Summary

This full-time role is an integral part of our team and the fast-growing data centre, data, and communications industry.

  • Provide transportation for equipment and materials across the Sydney metro area, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
  • Assist with the efficient handling of deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organising stock.
  • Support the team with general office coordination and administrative functions.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment while following procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment, following reporting procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to provide support for deliveries and warehouse tasks.
  • Comply with all Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, including safe lifting techniques and handling procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Transportation and Delivery: Ensure timely and secure transportation of equipment and materials across the Sydney metro area.
  2. Warehouse Operations: Assist with the efficient handling of deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organising stock.
  3. Office Coordination: Support the team with general office coordination and administrative functions.
  4. Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
  5. Equipment Checks: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations team to provide support for deliveries and warehouse tasks.
  7. WHS Compliance: Comply with all WHS regulations, including safe lifting techniques and handling procedures.
Requirements:
  • A current driver's licence and experience driving a ute and towing a box trailer.
  • A current White Card, valid for NSW.
  • A current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, stock handling, and making deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines, including safe lifting and manual handling techniques.
  • Proficiency with using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • The ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • A strong communicator, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
