Azure Cloud Engineer Role

This is a key technical position responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and cost-efficient enterprise cloud solutions. With a cloud-first, secure-by-design mindset, you'll lead automation initiatives, drive infrastructure as code practices, and help shape the future of our IT operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Governance Frameworks: Design and implement Azure governance frameworks including policy design, naming conventions, tagging strategies, cost management, and compliance monitoring.
  • Policy and Management Hierarchy: Define and enforce Azure Policy and management group hierarchies across enterprise subscriptions.
  • Automation Solutions: Build AI-driven and automated self-service provisioning solutions using tools such as Azure Automation, Azure Open AI, and Logic Apps.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code: Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using PowerShell, Bicep, and Terraform.
  • CICD Pipelines: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and security teams to ensure alignment with Microsoft's Well-Architected Framework and enterprise standards.
  • BaU Operations: Support and enhance BaU (Business-as-Usual) Azure infrastructure operations, including monitoring, patching, and environment lifecycle management.
  • Systems Administration: Apply foundational systems administration skills across Windows, Linux, and Active Directory to troubleshoot and support cloud-hosted workloads.
