Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support to our internal employees. The successful candidate will have experience with desktop support, server support, hardware installation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-level IT support via phone, email, walk-ins, and remotely.
  • Experience with O365 is essential.
  • Diagnostic skills for software and hardware, including building and upgrading PCs.
  • Active Directory management, including users and mailboxes.
  • Support for operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 7, Linux, and other OS.
  • Prior experience in hardware repair, installation, and desk-side software support.
  • Support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
  • Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network, and software troubleshooting.
  • Essential O365 experience due to environment requirements.
  • Supporting corporate Windows and Linux environments.
  • Supporting physical and virtual environments, including desktops and servers.
  • Network troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis.
  • Diagnostic skills for hardware, including building and upgrading PCs.
