Bartender Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and personable individual to serve as a bartender in our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and interaction with colleagues.
  • Serve drinks according to bar pre-shift notes and menus.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, following state and federal regulations.
  • Learn and suggest beer, wine and spirits to guests.
  • Pour drinks accurately and check IDs for age verification.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and resolve any concerns.
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and seek assistance when needed.
  • Handle cash accurately and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least six months experience bartending.
  • Accurate cash handling skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
