This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise as a Senior Associate in Commercial Litigation and Restructuring & Insolvency.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice to clients on dispute resolution strategies and litigation management;
  • Developing and implementing effective case plans to achieve optimal outcomes for clients;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Mentoring and guiding junior lawyers to develop their skills and expertise.

You will have:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior Associate across a range of matters in commercial litigation (restructuring & insolvency experience valued but not a pre-requisite);
  • Relevant experience in a top-tier or leading international law firm (preferred);
  • A strong client service focus;
  • A commitment to high standards, including strong drafting and commercial skills;
  • Business development aptitude, interest, and experience;
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills;
  • An ability to develop strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for these relationships;
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity;
  • An ability to work well in a team environment (including across Australian offices and internationally);
  • A willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences;
  • A strong academic background.
