About the RoleThe Financial Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of our organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for undertaking day-to-day financial transactions efficiently and effectively under the guidance of the Finance Manager.
You will manage finances to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance.
- Manage finances to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Certificate III or above in Accounting (or equivalent).
- Working with Vulnerable People registration.
- Current and satisfactory National Police Criminal History Check.
- Accreditation A to work in a Catholic School (or willingness to work towards).
This role offers a competitive salary package, including:
Business Services Level 3 - Salary Point 1: $73,330 - Salary Point 5: $80,772
