Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time opportunity located in Bendigo South. As an integral member of our community, you will be supported through a funded Certificate III in Early Education and Care, building your foundational experience while working as an active member of our centre.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will develop meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community. You will be motivated to support and guide children's learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To bring our values of connection, communication, and consideration to life in everyday practice.
  • To assist with observations and evaluations of children's strengths, weaknesses, interests, and preferences.
  • To assist in program design, implementation, and evaluation to foster all aspects of children's development.
Requirements

You are creative, child-focused, and passionate about leading and developing age-specific programs and daily routines. You will work as part of our centre team, building strong relationships with educators, children, and families.
