Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and Lead Fulfillment and Logistics Functions: Oversee the entire logistics process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  2. Implement Fulfillment Plans: Develop and implement effective fulfillment plans that meet customer requirements and align with commercial agreements.
  3. Manage 3PL Transport Suppliers: Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless transportation services and optimal costs.
  4. Collaborate with Commercial and Implementation Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address late changes, requests, and delivery discrepancies.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Fulfillment Schedules and Outbound Delivery Schedules: Plan and execute schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery.
  2. Outbound Quality Control and Functional Processes: Ensure adherence to quality standards and efficient processes in the goods out function.
  3. Fulfillment Efficiency and Accuracy: Improve fulfillment efficiency and accuracy, expanding into the goods out function.
  4. Accurate and Efficient Outbound Loading Plan: Plan and execute accurate and efficient loading plans, including customer returns.
  5. Logistics Management and Coordination: Manage logistics operations, including coordination with 3PL providers.
  6. Team Management: Lead and manage the fulfillment team to ensure the fulfillment plan meets customer demands.

Requirements:

  1. At Least 5 Years Experience in Transport and Logistics: Proven experience in fast-moving warehouse environments.
  2. Ability to React Well Under Pressure: Ability to handle pressure and last-minute changes.
  3. Proven Experience with Fulfillment Planning: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective fulfillment plans.
  4. Understanding of Linked Operations: Understanding of purchasing and manufacturing operations.
  5. ERP and WMS Systems: Experience with ERP and WMS systems.
  6. Team Building and Management: Proven experience in team building and management.
  7. Export Distribution: Experience in export distribution, with CPC transport advantageous.
  8. Good Numeracy and Analytical Skills: Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  9. IT Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
