Early Childhood Education Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to guide our team in delivering high-quality education to young children. As an Early Childhood Education Leader, you will partner with educators to enhance educational programs and support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to make a lasting impact on young minds. Our centre has a strong focus on nurturing children's development and provides a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education programs.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Support the growth and development of young minds through effective teaching practices.
  • Collaborate with centre leadership to drive positive change and promote excellence in educational practice.
  • Ensure the safety, rights, and wellbeing of children and employees are prioritized.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Available Monday to Friday (5 days per week).
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
