Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of new build, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects across the health sector, with opportunities to expand into other sectors.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee scoping of works, manage the design, tender, and procurement process, engage with contractors and consultants, and manage construction and delivery phases.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The role will also require regular travel to regional locations in NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee scoping of works and manage the design, tender, and procurement process.
  • Engage with contractors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage construction and delivery phases, including contract management, variations, and claims.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director delivering end-to-end projects within a consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of the project management lifecycle, including design, tender, and construction phases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Qualifications in project management, development management, engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
