About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Fund Order Services team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including client delivery and oversight of operational risks
  • Ensure all activities are completed in line with internal standards and review as required
  • Manage incoming queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other business units to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction
  • Be accountable for staff performance tracking, new staff onboarding, and leave planning
  • Develop and implement process improvements to achieve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and financial markets
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft applications
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good problem-solving skills and risk awareness
  • Professional email writing and fluent spoken English
