About the Role

Drive innovation on a mobile app, accessing a high volume of customers. Key responsibilities include managing the feature roadmap in line with business strategy, articulating business requirements and end-user needs to the Agile development team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure solutions meet complex business requirements.
  • Bring UX expertise to create a functional, intuitive, simple and elegant mobile app.
  • Work with multiple data points and over 1 million customers.
  • Collaborate with a Business Analyst to produce requirements for the delivery team.
  • Be responsible for approving features before release to customers.
  • Achieve specific business outcomes through customer-focused mobile experiences.
  • Demonstrate execution excellence in Agile methodology.

  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Ability to inspire vision and purpose while keeping teams engaged.
  • Prioritizing customer needs, team velocity, user experience, and internal stakeholder requirements.
