About the City of Stirling

The City of Stirling is a local government that manages and delivers various services to its community. Our Infrastructure Directorate oversees many of these services, including parks and environments.

This role will be part of the Parks and Environment Business Unit, contributing to maintaining attractive and well-maintained public spaces. As a Tree Maintenance Operator, you will provide labouring services such as formative tree pruning, planting, watering street trees, staking and tying trees, and other related tasks.

To succeed in this position, you must have substantial driving experience and hold a current 'MR' Driver's Licence. Additionally, you should be proficient in customer service and able to work both independently and as part of a team, taking pride in your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate water trucks for arboriculture and horticulture activities
  • Provide general labouring duties associated with tree planting
  • Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe working environment

You will also promote safety awareness and ensure a safe working environment.
