Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Grade 2 Dietitian to join our dynamic Renal Dietetics team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals with renal conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with renal conditions
- Collaborate with the Renal Dietetics team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Pro-active, patient-centered attitude
- Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary team work
- Ambition to grow clinical skills and expand knowledge
