Customer Service and Administration Role

We are seeking a customer support professional to join our team in Blackburn North, Melbourne.

This full-time role involves helping customers choose wall art and providing expert recommendations, as well as managing trade/wholesale accounts.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with wall art selection and provide expert advice
  • Maintain and develop wholesale accounts, including setting up new accounts and handling inquiries

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience
  • Passion for art and interior design
  • Basic graphic design skills or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and accountable
  • Open-minded and willing to take feedback constructively
  • Bonus points for experience with creative content creation
