Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Assistant Director at our centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early learning leader to leverage their expertise and drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  • Assume overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

About the Role

As an Assistant Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director to drive centre-wide initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing centre-wide policies and procedures, as well as monitoring and evaluating the quality of educational programs and services.
