We are seeking an experienced Autonomous Haulage System Coach to join our team at Brockman 4. As a key member of our Mine Operations team, you will be responsible for providing coaching and upskilling to mining teams to improve equipment operating proficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Coach operators on load and ancillary equipment to increase operational efficiency
- Develop and implement training programs to improve AHS behaviors and productivity
- Collaborate with OEMs to identify best practices and implement improvements
- Lead recognition programs to improve operator productivity and highlight improvements
- Support pit patroller skill development and training plans
- Experience with AHS Systems in a large open pit mining environment
- Experience as an AHS Trainer
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced role and think outside the box
- Exceptional relationship building skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Manual C Class Driver's Licence
