Operational Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Positive Behaviour Support teams in North and South Perth. As an Operational Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of these teams, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operational management of the Positive Behaviour Support teams in North and South Perth
• Provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners
• Ensure delivery of high-quality services aligned with organisational standards
• Collaborate with Business Partners and Head of Operations to promote consistency and clear communication of priorities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Extensive experience working with clients/participants/patients across various settings
• Experience with clinical supervision and willingness to work across regions with potential travel
• Strong operational skills with demonstrated experience in managing and supporting high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work professionally in a collaborative leadership environment

About You:
• Current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential
• Significant experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern (professionally and/or personally)
• Extensive experience in positive behaviour support provision
• Ability to demonstrate current evidence-based clinical skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
