MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our team at Jithvar Consultancy Services. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack, which includes MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
  • Backend Development: Build and manage the server-side infrastructure using Node.js, developing APIs and implementing business logic to handle data storage, retrieval, and manipulation using MongoDB as the database.
  • Frontend Development: Create user interfaces using React.js, HTML, and CSS, implementing responsive design principles and ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
  • Database Management: Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB databases, implementing data models, performing CRUD operations, and ensuring data integrity and security.
  • API Development: Develop RESTful APIs using Express.js and Node.js, handling requests and responses, implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, and integrating external APIs when required.
  • Elastic Search Integration: Implement Elastic Search to enhance search functionality within the application, configuring and optimizing Elastic Search indices, implementing search queries, and managing search-related data.
  • Bubble Data Implementation: Utilize Bubble Data to visualize and analyze data within the application, implementing Bubble Data components and ensuring effective data representation and analysis capabilities.
  • Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and conduct regular debugging to ensure code quality and application stability, using testing frameworks and debug tools to identify and fix issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality software, communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
Requirements

2 years - 4 years of experience in MERN stack development, strong understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, authentication, and security, proficiency in database management, and experience in optimizing database queries.
