Job Title: Innovation Hub Technical Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our Microsoft Innovation Hub team. As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their digital transformation goals by designing and implementing innovative solutions using Microsoft cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer engagements, including business envisioning, solution envisioning, architecture design, rapid prototype, and hackathon.
  • Design solutions that leverage capabilities across the entire Microsoft cloud platform.
  • Work collaboratively with account teams to determine the best engagements for a given opportunity.
  • Use technical knowledge to show customers an inspiring digital vision and make it real using architecture skills.
  • Map the agreed customer vision into a strategy for implementation, resolving concerns and validating a strong business case for investment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • Structured facilitator with validated customer experience in requirements capture, prioritization, and issue identification.
  • Technical breadth with intermediate level experience across Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • Design thinking experience with proven delivery of design thinking, ideation, or similar context analysis/problem framing.
  • Technical depth with experience as a solutions architect, security researcher, or incident responder.
