Manager of Indigenous Employment Initiatives

You will have demonstrated experience in leading HR teams and functions in a high-profile environment. You will bring innovation to your team and support the delivery of both strategic and operational HR functions.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on diverse projects
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas
  • A strong commitment to reconciliation with a focus on advancing Indigenous employment initiatives
  • Superior representational and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Flexibility to work across teams and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities:

As the Manager of Indigenous Employment Initiatives, you will lead a small team to deliver on a diverse range of projects and initiatives advancing Indigenous employment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Employment activities such as bulk recruitment rounds and professional development initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to contribute to Closing the Gap and increasing cultural competency of our workforce
