Midnight Health, a leading digital healthcare company, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse who can provide high-quality patient-centered care via telehealth. As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with Midnight Health, you will work closely with registered nurse practitioners, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and safe nursing care nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and holistic care to patients over the phone
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes, care plans, and medication charts
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and patients, ensuring clear and empathetic communication
  • Educate patients on health topics, medication management, and lifestyle modifications
  • Monitor medications, observe for adverse reactions, and report concerns
  • Collaborate with audit teams to review findings and implement corrective actions
  • Manage pathology recall processes, notify patients of results, and schedule follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the NMBA
  • Experience in telehealth nursing
  • Ability to build rapport with patients over the phone
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
  • Confidence working in a mostly paperless environment, with training provided
