Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Christmas Creek. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in providing safe, effective, and timely electrical maintenance to optimize plant operational capacity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure electrical compliance with regulations and procedures within the fixed plant.
  • Manage electrical logbook compliance.
  • Provide leadership and support to a diverse team of trade personnel.
  • Drive safe systems of work and promote a positive team safety culture.
  • Develop and implement succession plans to achieve a positive workplace culture.
  • Set clear expectations and standards for team members to meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage and plan daily work tasks and provide supervision to all electrical employees and contractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • WA Electrical Licence (Schedule 26).
  • In-House Licence Nominee experience (preferred).
  • HV Switching qualifications with previous experience.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and WA electrical standards, regulations, and legislation.
  • Leadership experience within a processing plant.
  • Experience in computer-based maintenance systems – SAP desirable.
