This is an exciting opportunity to lead and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and visibility for Thredbo Alpine Hotel. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the hotel and securing new business while retaining existing accounts.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets and increase brand visibility.
- Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities and optimize sales processes.
- Foster strong relationships with key travel industry partners and corporate clients.
- Ensure smooth sales processes, accurate customer data, and regular reporting.
About You:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or hospitality management.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably in the hotels or related service industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry, including market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitor activities.
