This exciting opportunity involves commanding the entrance with poise and charm, welcoming guests with a warm smile, and ensuring top-notch customer service by greeting, checking in, and satisfying our valued patrons.

You will also play a key role in setting up functions, arranging table layouts, and mastering the art of booking coordination throughout the venue.

In addition to delivering exceptional service, you will be responsible for bringing in new customers, upselling our mouth-watering menu items, and collaborating with management and staff to ensure seamless operations.

Your primary goal will be to turn first-time customers into loyal regulars through outstanding service and unforgettable experiences.

**Key Requirements:**

A proven track record in hospitality or customer service roles is highly desirable.

You must display a vibrant and energetic personality, as well as a flair for the service industry.

A QLD RSA certification is also essential.
