Job Title: Support Specialist

SIL services located across the inner Northern Suburbs of Adelaide provide opportunities for support specialists to work in a variety of settings. We offer casual positions with regular and ongoing work, as well as pre-planned shifts.

The ideal candidate will be able to work a combination of morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

About the Role:

  • Provide day-to-day support to adults living in SIL arrangements
  • Help participants improve their independence and achieve their goals
  • Work in a 24-hour care model, requiring a combination of shifts including sleep overs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant)
  • Australian Driver's License (minimum P2)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Medication Training (or willing to complete a course)
  • Manual Handling Training (or willing to complete a course)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
