We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and organisational success.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on people-related matters, from recruitment to offboarding, and everything in between.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop business cases and proposals.
  • Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate HR records and reports.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees and managers.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation.
  • Manage employee relationships and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
