Residential Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our dynamic residential team as a Sales & Marketing Assistant. This multi-faceted role provides exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry, primarily project marketing across all formats of residential development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research and feasibility analysis for new house and land communities, townhouses, and apartment projects in South East Queensland.
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining marketing strategies and campaigns for various developments under management.
  • Preparing project marketing submissions, information memorandums, and site-specific analysis/identification with directors.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key partnerships and stakeholders.
  • Managing ongoing client and internal reporting.
  • Assisting the team in growing the residential business, its profile, and increasing its market share.

To be successful in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property, business, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate level MS Office and Adobe skills, with experience in Excel, In-Design, sales portals (Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM's), and GIS preferred.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, willingness to implement improvements, and thinking outside the box.
  • Experience and passion for residential development, city shaping, and creative marketing.
