About the Role

As a Domestic Services Attendant, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make all the difference in providing a pristine environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the allocated timeframe.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
  • Use specialized cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, with all necessary training and tools provided.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with colleagues, guests, and contractors to foster a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with training provided.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
