Job Title: Spa Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Operations Director to lead our team and elevate the guest experience at Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of wellness, innovation, and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Guest Experience team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Staffing Plans: Design and implement staffing plans to meet spa goals and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Cultural Fit: Participate in key interviews to ensure cultural fit and maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Department Structure: Optimize department structure to meet spa goals and improve efficiency.
  • Scheduling: Oversee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet guest demands.
  • Performance Reviews: Lead performance reviews and disciplinary processes to promote employee growth and development.
  • Job Descriptions: Maintain up-to-date job descriptions to ensure accurate representation of roles and responsibilities.
  • Workplace Culture: Champion a safe, respectful, and positive workplace culture that promotes employee well-being and engagement.
  • Strategic Oversight: Develop operational plans aligned with strategic goals and ensure consistency and quality of guest services.
  • KPIs: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Communication: Promote open communication across teams to foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the brand publicly and maintain a strong reputation in the industry.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure service excellence throughout the guest journey and conduct annual reviews to suggest enhancements.
  • Satisfaction Measurement: Develop tools to measure satisfaction and oversee resolution of complaints and special cases.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate on sales forecasts and departmental budgets, approve expenditures within authorized limits, and monitor financial performance to ensure budget adherence.
