Commercial Opportunities Analyst

The role of a Commercial Analyst plays a pivotal part in supporting business operations to levy and collect infrastructure contributions from the development industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key initiatives that enhance stakeholder experience, drive operational efficiency, and proactively manage business risks.
About This Role- The position requires strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- A proven track record of developing and maintaining infrastructure contributions documents and systems is essential.
- Support business operations by providing expert analysis and guidance on infrastructure contributions.
- Lead and deliver initiatives that promote stakeholder engagement, improve operational efficiency, and mitigate business risks.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience working within a development servicing / infrastructure planning environment is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate across various levels, are essential.
