We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage our garden maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of horticulturists, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Garden Maintenance: Oversee all aspects of high-quality garden maintenance programs, including planning, scheduling, and executing activities such as planting, pruning, hedging, fertilizing, and pest control.
  • Site Assessments: Conduct thorough site assessments to identify maintenance needs, develop work plans, and estimate resource requirements.
  • Turf Management: Implement a turf program for seasonal weeds within turf.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide recommendations for enhancing the aesthetic appeal and health of their gardens.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring availability and proper maintenance to support operational activities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reporting to management.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
