The role of a Facilities Coordinator involves providing helpful support to onsite client teams, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with building management projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee contractors delivering property services, guide them as needed.
  • Assess work requirements, allocate tasks to service providers and in-house team members.
  • Perform facilities management services, minor maintenance, and repairs.
  • Monitor work order systems, ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, client managers.
  • Participate in emergency planning activities, contribute to broader site-level projects.

You will have experience in a similar role, be comfortable using computer systems for everyday office work.
