In this role, you will lead training and supervision for mental health clinicians and students, coordinate student placements and oversee graduate transition programs, design, deliver and evaluate mental health education initiatives, support mandatory professional development pathways, drive quality improvement and policy reviews with an educational lens, and provide professional-level clinical and educational support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- AHPRA-registered RN with postgraduate mental health qualification (or equivalent)
- Five+ years varied mental health nursing experience
- Experience supervising learners or clinicians
- Know-how with online education platforms and innovative learning design
- Outstanding communication, organisation and collaboration skills
