The successful candidate will serve as the primary strategic business leader of the property, responsible for all aspects of operation. This includes managing general property performance, driving growth and profitability, and delivering a return on investment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement property-wide strategies to drive revenue generation and improve profitability.
  • Lead the team in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage department budgets and ensure effective labor management to achieve financial goals.
  • Act as a project manager for capital improvements and renovations, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in the hotel industry, preferably as a General Manager, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent skills in food and beverage management, event planning, rooms operations, revenue management, human resources, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to operate in a matrix organization and leverage centralized resources to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others to drive results.
