Job Description:

The Project Support Officer works within the Programming and Delivery team and will provide project support services that assist senior staff and management in the planning, coordination and delivery of project activities and outputs associated with the successful delivery of asset strategies projects within Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Managers with the development, management and implementation of initiatives and programs to deliver projects.
  • Undertake specific administrative and project support services as directed.
  • Undertake data related activities, including data research, creating and compiling reports, and analysis of trends to support the management and coordination of planning processes, projects, and policy development in Programming and Delivery.
  • Provide project support services that assist senior staff and management in the planning, coordination and delivery of project activities and outputs associated with the successful delivery of asset strategies projects within Infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You will need to have experience in project coordination, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
