Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Reservations Team in Tasmania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring the retail areas at Regatta Point and Queenstown Stations are well-presented and stocked, and administering our booking system.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in administration and a current Australian Driver's License.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and be available to work a rotating roster including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill the role of Reservations and Ticketing
  • Assist the team leader with leadership and coordination
  • Ensure the retail areas at Regatta Point and Queenstown Stations are professionally presented and well-stocked
  • Oversee and administer all aspects of our booking system
  • Ensure the timely departure of trains

Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver's License
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Clear Police Check
  • Previous administration experience
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Desirable:

  • First Aid (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous supervisory/management experience
