Project Manager

This role requires the management and coordination of implementation activities for institutional segregated mandates and Janus Henderson registered products. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of requirements, document runbooks, participate in calls regarding events, support operational and implementation components, and instruct relevant internal/external parties.

The ideal candidate will also assist with coordinating the finalization of legal agreements for onboarding, input into launch dates with key stakeholders, ensure a detailed understanding of internal operating models, and articulate the impact of new client/product structures or changes to existing structures.

The Project Manager will be responsible for hosting and chairing meetings, documenting and sharing meeting minutes and action logs, coordinating seeding and de-seeding activity, daily interaction and monitoring of deliverables from third-party providers, and supporting the Derivatives Onboarding process.

Prior experience in client/product transitions, knowledge of trading derivatives, fund implementation activities, operations control environment, Australian financial services marketplace, is highly desirable. The ability to work on sophisticated transition activity, build relationships with Investment and Distribution teams, and quickly build rapport and trust with clients is essential.
