A career in plastering offers a hands-on and rewarding experience. In this apprenticeship, you will gain practical skills and knowledge in wall and ceiling lining.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside experienced plasterers on real construction projects.
- Learn the essential aspects of wall and ceiling lining through daily coaching and mentoring.
You will acquire a nationally recognized trade qualification, receive award wages, and have opportunities for paid overtime. The four-year apprenticeship includes full employee entitlements, such as 4 weeks of annual leave each year, professional development, ongoing mentoring, and support from trainers and supervisors.
Requirements- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment, and determination to complete the 4-year apprenticeship.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team.
- Have good attention to detail and be willing to learn.
- Hold a driver's licence and possess reliable transport.
Previous experience in construction or plastering is desirable but not essential. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to start their plastering career.
