As a seasoned professional in beverage equipment maintenance, you have the unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Field Service Technician. Your mission will be to provide exceptional service and repair for our range of beverage equipment across the Perth area, ensuring an outstanding experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on our beverage equipment, including coolers/fridges, post-mix equipment, and frozen carbonated beverage machines.
  • Promote our company's values and deliver top-notch customer service to customers and suppliers.
  • Proactively identify and resolve problems, using your troubleshooting skills to prevent critical issues from arising.
  • Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on all equipment, analyzing problems to prevent recurring issues.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to workplace health and safety policies, practices, and procedures while on duty.

About You:

  • You possess relevant experience in a service industry, such as appliance servicing, electrical work, commercial/domestic air conditioning, or refrigeration.
  • You hold a valid Australian Driver's License.
  • You are able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, ensuring your own well-being along with the safety of those you interact with daily.
