Job Title: Enterprise Finance Professional

This role involves working closely with the Enterprise Operations business to enhance financial performance and maintain strong financial control.

In this position, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer - Technology & Enterprise Operations. Each day, you will:

  • Ensure drivers of financial performance vs budget and prior periods are clear and transparent.
  • Add value to the divisions through balancing strategic long-term cost management and in-year target performance.
  • Ensure accurate financial results on a monthly basis, aligned with our Accounting policies, and provide proactive analytics to drive action in the business.
  • Communicate result narratives effectively for internal and external audiences.
  • Effectively manage internal and external reporting requirements for Expenses and Investments.
  • Lead and motivate a team to ensure they reach their full potential.

  • Proven experience in commercial business partnering, budgeting, and financial control roles in an operations environment.
  • Able to challenge at all levels, supported by data and analytics.
  • Strategic outlook on performance improvement to support T&EO and broader goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Capability to influence and manage strategies/initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Long-term thinking and planning skills, combined with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project financial disciplines including capitalisation practices.
  • Proven experience in people management and leadership.
