Job Description

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team of tutors. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching literacy and numeracy, and will be able to deliver high-quality lessons to students in a small group setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach students using our proven methodology
  • Tutor students in a positive and caring manner
  • Use our state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons
  • Be available to commit to every class scheduled
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • A teaching degree or in the final year of your degree
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • A friendly, professional and personable manner
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Demonstrate a positive and vibrant personality
  • Confidence using software and computers
  • Genuine love for learning and teaching
  • Reliable, high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
